Biokef Chia Pudding
INGREDIENTS
4 tbsp chia seeds
1 Biokef honey and cinnamon
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
For the topping:
2 crushed biscoff biscuits
Half a banana
10g melted Biscoff spread
INSTRUCTIONS
Add the kefir, chia seeds, cinnamon and honey to a bowl and mix well to combine.
Cover the bowl and leave in the fridge overnight or for at least 3 hours until set.
To serve, spoon the chia pudding into cups and garnish with crushed biscuits, banana and pour over some melted Biscoff spread.
