Bekah Walton - Javelin Thrower drinks Biokef kefir

Born and raised in Derby, Bekah Walton first began Athletics at Burton Athletics Club and was quickly identified as an emerging talent. Since then, she has taken on a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Loughborough University with aims of pursuing a PhD in Sports Technology.

At just 22, Bekah has already represented Great Britain five times – including three appearances at a senior level. She won the British Championships for two years consecutively and currently ranks as number one in the UK.

With the World Championships taking place in 2024 and Paris 2024 soon after, Bekah has intentions of competing at both major championships.

The team at Biokef will be supporting her training journey with kefir.
